Spring Summer 2019

Inspired by Alex’s roots as Chinese-American, graphics meshed with iconic Americana insignia with chinioserie elements, all morphed through the lens of NYC. Chiniose bandana prints, custom championship rings, chrome molds, and re-branding of classic American brands like Starter and Fox, are some highlights of the collection.

As senior graphic designer for the brand, my role was to help conceptualize, direct and design the graphics and visuals for each season. Working directly with Alex Wang and the creative team, intricate collections and artworks spanned the brands’ visual identity, extending from the fashion collections and into digital marketing assets and show visuals. It was imperative to have an adaptive skill set with the ability to visualize and bring to life conceptual ideas into high-level, luxury materials.

Fall Winter 2019

Creative direction included a high end pseudo-corporate energy. Reimagined 90s tennis graphics on oxfords, pole dancer embroideries on turtlenecks, and gold jewelry silk prints are highlights of the collection.
